Tender documents can be collected from the office of High Commission of India 36-38, Galle Road, Colombo-03 at a fee of Rs. 5,000/- per package on any working day from 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM from May 15th – June 5th 2011. Tender Document can also be downloaded from the Mission’s website www.hcicolombo.org , in which case a draft for Rs.5,000/- per package drawn in favour of High Commission of India towards the fee of tender documents may be enclosed with the technical bid.
The last date for submission of sealed tender with all prescribed documents is 3.00 PM on June 6th 2011. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter.
